Two ways Run gets deployed
HeyQuinn pattern
For workflows that need a full runtime harness: persistent agents, several agents coordinating, granular permissions, approvals, audit and Mission Control visibility, on-premises or customer-cloud hosting, or models from vendors other than Anthropic.
Platform-native pattern
For workflows well served by Anthropic's own platform: Claude models, tool use, MCP (Model Context Protocol) connectivity and managed agent tooling. Altivus provides the monitoring, governance and ongoing management.
The choice depends on the use case. Altivus is never dependent on HeyQuinn.

Can Altivus work with one department?
Yes. Engagements often start with a single finance, HR or operations workflow rather than a company-wide program.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes. Altivus integrates with the systems already in place rather than asking you to replace them.
Do you build on Anthropic's platform or on HeyQuinn?
Whichever fits the workflow. Altivus recommends platform-native architecture or HeyQuinn based on what the workflow requires. Neither is a default.
Do we need our data cleaned up before starting?
No. Discovery includes a systems and data review, and messy data is usually one of its findings rather than a prerequisite.
Will our team need to learn new tools?
Usually very little. Altivus builds around the systems your team already uses, and where a person reviews or approves, that step is placed in the tools they already open.
